The facilities are staffed with experienced and knowledgeable instructors, and classrooms are equipped with ODJFS/OIS supported and maintained hardware/software. SACWIS Training Guides/Manuals SACWIS Web Based Training (WBT) SACWIS WBT provides an opportunity for the Ohio SACWIS End User to learn about Ohio's SACWIS both prior to and after receiving classroom training.
Introductory WBT - This one-hour segment contains several 10-15 minute lessons, providing an overview of Ohio SACWIS and teaching basic navigational skills for any system user. It is the expectation each end user will take this WBT course individually prior to classroom training. This preparation helps make classroom training classes more effective and efficient, providing an additional just-in-time training tool.
Web-Based Training (WBT) - Module 2 & Module 3 Job Task WBT - This two-hour segment contains numerous 10-15 minute lessons to cover selected procedures performed by end users based on the results of the task and needs analysis (e.g., Recording & completing Intakes; Management of Assessment Investigations; Recording Provider Information; Recording Initial Removal & Placement Information, etc.). The lessons will be available post-classroom training, providing on-demand refresher training and new users with just-in-time training. | |||||||||||||||||||
