The SACWIS Partnership Forum was originally created to identify, locate, develop and encourage potential county and State Change Agents to promote the desired outcomes and benefits of Ohio's SACWIS.
The SACWIS Partnership Forum engaged both state and county staff as key stakeholders.
The SACWIS Partnership Forum Document defines the original purpose of the group, the charter of the Forum, details what the forum planned to accomplish, identified people who were involved in the forum and what role they played to best benefit the development and implementation of SACWIS.
