Employers are encouraged to report their employee wage information (top section of JFS-66111 or JFS-66112) by magnetic media. Reporting by magnetic media greatly reduces the possibility of errors and allows for faster, more efficient processing of wage information by the department.

Free Data Entry Software Diskette is available. The data entry software enables you to enter the names and social security numbers of your employees once, and then only the weeks and wages need to be updated each quarter before submitting your report. The software does not work on a network and cannot be used to print forms for submission. It is Windows? compatible.
