Medicaid Schools Program (MSP)
This program is a collaboration between the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). More information about the MSP program is available on the ODE Web site.
The ODJFS Companion Guides have been updated to include the MSP requirements. The Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rule 5101:3-35 can be found here: http://codes.ohio.gov/oac/5101%3A3-35
