 Online Remittance Advice (RA)

Medicaid RAs are only accessible online. ODJFS no longer mails paper RAs with your check or electronic funds transfer (EFT) statement. This does not change the claims submission process.

Visit the Ohio Medicaid Provider Portal Web page and sign-on to access your RAs. If you are a first time visitor, click Sign-In and enter your Medicaid Provider number in the User-ID field and the last four digits of your Federal Tax ID Number (either your Employer Identification Number or Social Security Number) in the Password field. You will be prompted to enter your name and e-mail address. You must have an e-mail address to establish your account. Once you have done this, you will be prompted to change your password.
