The HOME Choice Bulletin is a newsletter for stakeholders and anyone interested in Ohio's Money Follows the Person HOME Choice Transition Demonstration Program. It provides updates, statistics, and other information about the status and progress of Ohio's HOME Choice Program four times a year.
