Automated Cost Reporting (ACR)
Version 3.2.2 released 1/29/2009
Nursing facilities (NFs) and intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded (ICFs-MR) are required to submit cost reports electronically in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Rule 5101:3-3-20.
Cost reports with a subsequent postmark date of June 1st will be implemented as amended cost reports.
