Step-Up Table Time Lines
The following table defines which step-up table should be utilized by defining the utilization begin and end dates for each step-up table in which a change of provider agreements must occur within. Please note that these utilization dates are not when the department receives the request for a capital rate adjustment based on a step-up calculation, but when the actual change of provider agreement transaction occurred.
