Fee Schedules and Rates
The fee schedules and rates are provided as a courtesy to providers. Providers are to charge their reasonable and customary charge regardless of the anticipated reimbursement from the department.
These are large and complex documents. Great care has been taken to make sure that the prepared documents and the claims payment system are the same. However, it is possible that errors exist. In the event that there is a discrepancy, the department will have the final say on which rate is correct. If any corrective action is needed, the department will determine the best method(s) to achieve them.
