When corresponding with other districts, community schools, or the Ohio Department of Education, please do not reference student names, addresses, birth dates, etc., as these data are confidential. Rather, please reference the student's EMAD Student ID number. Thank you.

"Coordinator-EMAD" role in Ohio Education

If you are responsible for doing EMAD for your district or school, please have your OEDS Administrator add your name and contact information to the system under the role of "Coordinator-EMAD." ODE will be extracting email addresses and phone number from the system for future communications regarding EMAD. OEDS will also be used to build a better contact list to post to the EMAD website for all EMAD Coordinators to reference.
If you are a community school contracting for EMAD services, please add the name and contact information of your contractor under the "Coordinator-EMAD" role. If you are a school district employee who will be responsible for doing EMAD for your district and for your district-sponsored community school, please designate yourself as "Coordinator-EMAD" for both your district and community school. The EMAD website is officially closed for the 2005-2006 school year. Districts and community schools needing access to review and approve pending community school students should contact the Ohio Department of Education EMAD Coordinator at emad@ode.state.oh.us. |
