Expiring Ohio e-QuickPay Cards

The Ohio e-QuickPay debit cards contain a magnetic stripe that over time can become worn, as can the card itself, through regular usage. As such, the e-QuickPay cards expire three years after the date they are issued. One month prior to the card's expiration date, a new card will be mailed to you.

To avoid delays in your support payments, please keep your local CSEA informed of your current address to ensure delivery of reissued e-QuickPay cards every three years. Check the "Valid Thru" date on the front of your card.

For additional information on expiring cards, please view the Questions and Answers regarding Expiring Ohio e-QuickPay Debit Cards reference guide.
