The Ohio Children's Trust Fund is sponsoring a statewide implementation for Pinwheels for Prevention campaign for April 2010! The OCTF purchased pinwheels for all 88 counties and, in Partnership with Public Children Services Association of Ohio, Family and Children First Council and Ohio Family and Children First Council Association, would like to partner with your county.
